Refund Policy

1.1 What We Sell

Roamify Audio Guides provides digital, audio‑based tourist guides ("Guides"). Guides are delivered by streaming and/or secure, in‑app downloads that are only playable inside the Roamify app. No physical goods are shipped.

1.2 Our Refund Promise (No‑Questions‑Asked)

If you experience any issue accessing, downloading, or listening to a Guide, we will issue a full refund, no conditions. Contact us at travel@roamify.net with your order ID/email.

1.3 App‑Store Purchases

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may require refunds to be processed within their systems. We’ll assist you with the correct path, but timing and outcomes may be governed by Apple or Google policies.

1.4 Duplicate Charges & Chargebacks

If you see a duplicate charge, contact us first—we resolve these quickly.

Starting a chargeback may slow refunds while the payment processor investigates; we’re happy to help avoid that delay.

1.5 Service Outages & Content Errors

If an outage or content error prevents meaningful use of a purchased Guide, we’ll refund on request and work to restore access promptly.
