This Policy describes how Roamify Audio Guides ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you use the Roamify mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2.2 Information We Collect
- Account & Social Login: When you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook, we receive the email address and profile image those services share (and your display name if available).
- Purchases & Payments: Order ID, product, amount, currency, limited billing info. We do not store card numbers; certified processors handle payment data.
- Device & App Data: Device model, OS/app version, language, time zone, non‑precise location (country/region), diagnostics and crash logs, in‑app events (e.g., Guide purchased/played) to operate features and prevent fraud.
- Support: Your messages, screenshots, contact details when you reach out.

2.3 How We Use Information (Purposes)
- Provide and maintain the Service and your purchases (e.g., account, access control, content delivery).
- Process payments, prevent fraud/abuse, and secure the Service.
- Improve performance and reliability (analytics, diagnostics).
- Communicate with you about purchases, updates, support, and—with your consent—optional marketing.
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
2.4 Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
- Contract: To deliver purchased Guides and core features.
- Legitimate interests: Security, fraud prevention, service improvement, non‑intrusive analytics.
- Consent: Optional marketing, certain cookies/SDKs where required.
- Legal obligation: Record‑keeping, compliance.
2.5 Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with:
- Authentication providers: Apple, Google, Facebook (to log you in).
- Payment processors: To complete transactions (they receive payment details directly).
- Cloud hosting/CDN, analytics, crash reporting, customer support vendors.
- Authorities/legal requests: When required by law or to protect our rights/users.
2.6 International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (including Sri Lanka and where our vendors operate). We use reasonable safeguards for cross‑border transfers.
2.7 Data Retention
- Account data (email, profile image): Kept while your account is active.
- Transactional records: Kept for 7 years for tax/accounting/fraud prevention.
- Support tickets/diagnostics: Kept for 2 years.
When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize data not required to retain by law.
2.8 Your Rights
- Access, correct, delete, or export your data; object/restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent (for marketing) at any time.
- Complain to a supervisory authority if applicable in your region.

2.9 Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data we process (e.g., encryption in transit and at rest for content caches, access controls, monitoring). No method is 100% secure.
2.10 Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
2.11 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and notify you in‑app or by email when required.
